Hull & Cabin Top

The hull is solid fiberglass VE skin layer gelcoated Flag Blue with a white awlgrip boot and green Interlux F/G Bottom Kote. The guard, spray, and quarter rails are black PVC, through-bolted with an oiled, teak toe rail.

The cabin top is composite molded construction with a white gelcoat finsh. There is gelcoat non-skid on the cabin top, trunk top, wash rails, and fore deck. The stripe on the side of the house is oiled teak.

A live bait well is built into the stern wash rail. The stern door is one piece with washrail cut-away. The cockpit floor is gelcoat nonskid with scuppers, a solid fiberglass floor flange, and (3) flushmounted hatches. There are combing pads around the cockpit combing.

Engine & Mechanical

The engine compartment is completely below deck and sound insulated with 2" double barrier insulation foam. The engine is a Yanmar 6LY2A-STB 440hp ZF gear, with trolling valve, installed on aluminum beds and soft mounts. Engine hook-up is with Kobelt 2009 dual lever controls, a Morse 33C cable, Groco® SBV safety sea cock, and Groco® ARG sea strainer with monel basket. The Evolution Drive has a 2" stainless steel Aquamet 22 shaft with a 24" four-blade, bronze propeller. The exhaust is wet with fiberglass Series 200 flex exhaust hose, Centex Mark II muffler, and rubber exhaust flap. The engine room has two vents and shelving for mounting batteries, hot water tank, etc. Main station steering is hydraulic with an 18" teak trim Destroyer wheel. Cockpit steering station has Kobelt controls, engine stop/start switch, trolling valve control, bow thruster control, and fuel gauge. A Raritan six gallon hot water heater is located in the engine compartment and the fresh water and salt water washdown systems are in the cockpit. There's a Sprint 600 windlass anchor system and 7" SidePower 4hp bow thruster, dual station.

Richie 2000 compass; Furuno radar / chart plotter / sounder; VHF radio; and AM/FM/ CD stereo.

Deck Hardware

Teak pulpit; (2) 9" stainless steel bow chocks, through-bolted with backing plates; (4) 8" stainless steel Atwood high profile springline cleats; (2) 10" stainless steel Attwood high profile stern cleats with hawse pipes; and (2) 10" stainless steel Attwood high profile cleats on the bow. The top sports a rocket launcher with (6) aluminum rod holders mounted along the rear and (3) stainless steel hand rails. The bow rail is stainless steel, through-bolted with backing plates.

Accommodations

The v-berth is forward, next aft is an enclosed head to starboard and galley to port. Up two steps brings you to the main saloon / helm station area. The cockpit is accessed through the main saloon door.

Below-deck: The open v-berth has port and starboard bunks [with a filler] with storage under, accessible through plastic hatches. The berth cushions are dark blue Sunbrella. There are four opening ports and a 20 x 20 Gebo overhead hatch with a screen. There are two bulkhead-mounted reading lights. Next aft is an enclosed head. The vanity has a stainless steel sink with hot / cold pressure combination shower/faucet, the toilet is a Sealand and has a holding tank with macerator pump-out. BILDA's galley is portside, opposite the head. There is a white Formica ® counter top, stainless steel sink with hot / cold pressure water, Nova Cool R2003 refrigerator, a one-burner butane stove, and a built-in microwave oven.

Above-deck: The main saloon steps up from the galley. The settee is L-shaped and constructed of white panel with teak trim and has dark blue Sunbrella cushions with stowage under. The teak table is stowable.

Opposite, to starboard, the helmsman seat is a Pompanette P 2000 pedestal. The steering bulkhead has a crowned shelf with a teak instrument console. There are (3) large stationary windshields, (4) large aluminum-framed opening windows, and (2) 10 x 10 Gebo opening hatch with screens that provide excellent ventilation. (6) rod holders and (4) lights are built into the overhead and a teak companionway door leads below-deck. Access to the engine room is through the main saloon floor. Behind the helmsman's seat there is a custom locker for fishing tackle. The aft bulkhead has a vinyl window above the settee.

The saloon floor is gelcoat non-skid. The aboveand below-deck headliners are 1/2" foam, white, with teak trim and facia boards. Cabinsides are a gelcoat faired finish with oiled teak trim. Cockpit: Access to the cockpit is through the saloon door. There is a second steering station on the starboard side and an insulated fish hold below deck, with macerator pump-out.

Electrical

There are (2) 8D heavy-duty wet batteries mounted in boxes; a Bass DC circuit panel with 18 DC breakers and 10 AC breakers; electric 30A 120V shore power with 50' cord; zincs and grounding for boxes, rudder, and seacocks. A Prowatt 3000W inverter / charger; Rule® 1000 Ultamate JR. bilge pump; 40,000 BTU bus heater off the engine hot water with two fan, three-speed, three outlet; (3) AFI single speed windshield wipers, self-parking, breakered and dash switched. Running lights: Hella 3562 Series. Interior lighting: (4) ss dome lights in the main saloon, (2) reading lights in the v-berth, and (2) Hella flood lights in the engine room. Exterior Lighting: (4) cockpit courtesy lights, (2) cockpit lights on back edge of roof, and Guest remote controlled spotlight. A 12V outlet is located at the helm.

Recent Maintenance

New injectors in 2010. Engine maintenance winter 2010/2011 as follows: engine removed and repainted, Evolution Drive stripped and re-painted. new sea water pump, all new engine hoses and belts, all four heat exchangers (tranny / sea water / interior cooler / oil cooler) removed, acid bathed and re-painted, new oil change pump, new bilge pump and pump, new bait well pump, new back wall, new combing pads, cushions dry cleaned, life raft re-packed.
